Mr. Watts specializes in the representation of both landlords and tenants on a local and regional basis within the South Orange County Real Estate Market. Utilizing his perspective of the market and thoroughly understanding his client’s needs, Mr. Watts provides his client with the guidance needed to make well-informed decisions and capitalize on opportunities. Mr. Watts’ experience in the South Orange County market, combined with his strong work ethic, has enabled him to be a respected professional in the industry. He is a widely recognized as one of the “up and coming” brokers in the Office Division.

Upon graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Watts joined the firm of Lee & Associates on an internship basis to gain a fundamental understanding of the commercial real estate business. Mr. Watts was hired as an Associate Broker and immediately focused on the exclusive representation of landlords and tenants within the South Orange County Market.

Mr. Watts is constantly identifying new opportunities and finding value-add opportunities for his clients through daily canvassing and prospecting. His day to day awareness of tracking available space and upcoming alternatives has saved clients time by staying on top of the market availabilities that meet their requirements. By creating competition among landlords and buyers, each new lease or purchase is highly leveraged to get the best deal for each client. Mr. Watts helps clients stay abreast of the market and makes sure they find the best home for their business when the time is right.

Mr. Watts successfully represents multiple landlords within the Orange County marketplace and is currently marketing several office projects within South Orange County.
