A 28-year real estate veteran who specializes in the Orange County market, Mr. Gioia’s expertise includes the sale and lease of retail properties. In addition, Mr. Gioia specializes in property acquisitions on behalf of private/public investors and individuals in the sale and lease of owner/user opportunities. His sales experience includes retail investments, pad/drive-thrus, raw land and retail shopping center leasing.
