Kylee King is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and a Vice President at Lee & Associates – Irvine, specializing in the representation of owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers of office and medical properties throughout Orange County. She focuses on owner-user and investment sales, as well as leasing assignments for medical and professional office users. Kylee is known for her strategic approach, market knowledge, and hands-on client service, delivering results through detailed analysis, proactive marketing, and strong negotiation skills.

Kylee joined Lee & Associates in 2020 and works closely with Senior Vice Presidents Allen Basso and Eric Darnell as part of one of Orange County’s most active office and medical brokerage teams.
