Kurt Bruggeman

Kurt Bruggeman is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates-Irvine, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Bruggeman served on the Board of Directors for the Irvine office from 2009 to 2016. Mr. Bruggeman’s goal is to provide the highest level of customer service and advice available in the market and earned his CCIM designation in 2008.

Over the past 23 years, Kurt has completed over 1,000 lease and sale transactions representing a total consideration in excess of $1 Billion. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Kurt worked in San Francisco for Alex Brown & Sons as a financial analyst in the consumer group. Kurt raised capital and worked on mergers and acquisitions for several companies including Oakley, Starbucks, Cost Plus World Market, Sunglass Hut and Noah’s Bagels.

Kurt graduated from Dartmouth College in 1995 with a degree in economics and finance and was a member of the 1993 Ivy League Championship tennis team.

Outside of real estate, Kurt is married with two sons and he enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, mountain biking and a good IPA.
