Kevin Bayless

Kevin Bayless is a Senior Vice President & Partner at Lee & Associates-Irvine, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Bayless specializes in the representation of owners, developers, and investors within Coastal Orange County. Over the past 17 years he has completed over 525 sale and lease transactions representing a total consideration in excess of $350 million dollars.

Mr. Bayless joined Lee & Associates in July 2015 as a Vice President working alongside Ryan Harman. The two have formed a powerful coastal orange county brokerage team (Coastal Investment Group) and have sold more commercial and income properties than any other brokerage team in their respective market over the last 7 years.

Prior to working for Lee & Associates, Mr. Bayless worked as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap starting in 2003 and moved onto Voit Real Estate Services in 2006. From there he moved to Lincoln Property Company in 2013 and finally joined Lee & Associates in 2015 to firmly establish Coastal Investment Group within the Lee & Associates framework. Kevin is recognized as a top performer in the Industry and a leader in the coastal market place with commercial and multi-family properties.
