Jake Fischbeck

Jake is a licensed California Real Estate Broker at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. – Irvine. Jake specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants in the South Orange County office market. Jake is part of the Smith, Fryer, Watts and Fischbeck team with a combined 50 years of experience and 30 million square feet in transactions.

Mr. Fischbeck joined Lee & Associates in November of 2018. Prior to joining, Jake had worked as a leasing representative for a private housing facility while attending Northern Arizona University. As the top salesperson, and first to complete $1 million dollars in lease transactions, he started at Lee & Associates and immediately focused on the exclusive representation of landlords and tenants within the South Orange County Market. Mr. Fischbeck’s local market knowledge combined with his strategic processes have enabled him to successfully guide landlords and tenants in making the right decisions.
