Guy Laferrara

Guy LaFerrara began his real estate career with Lee & Associates in 1988. Mr. LaFerrara specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, R&D and office properties throughout Southern California, specializing in Orange County. From January 2006 to December 2016, Guy served as President and Chief Financial Officer of the Irvine office of Lee & Associates.

Guy LaFerrara has successfully completed in excess of one thousand (1,000) transactions representing institutional owners of property, individual investors, various corporations and all types of business owners. His real estate experience includes coordinating with major developers on the design, construction, marketing and disposition of new construction developments in Orange County. In addition to representing developers, Mr. LaFerrara possesses transaction experience from managing and negotiating small to large industrial and office leases, building sales and purchases. His clients have benefited from his expert real estate knowledge, leadership, service and ethics.
