Zach Schwaner is a Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates-Irvine, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies.
Zach specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and lease-up of industrial and flex properties on behalf of local and regional occupiers, along with both private and institutional investors throughout Orange County.

Zach began his career with Lee & Associates in 2017, shortly after graduating college. Zach moved up the ranks very quickly to become one of the youngest shareholders in company history. Zach partners with Dale Camera and Jason Helmick in the Lee Irvine office, their team has over 40+ years of combined commercial real estate brokerage experience.

Zach was born and raised in South Orange County and attended San Diego State University where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
