Trent Martin

Trent Martin was born and raised in San Diego, CA. After high school, Mr. Martin attended Southern Utah University. Mr. Martin joined Lee & Associates – Irvine as an Associate, teaming with Vice President, Scott Colton and Associate, Johnathan Binnquist. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Martin worked as a Sales Associate in Las Vegas where he was responsible for transacting over a quarter million dollars in sales.

Since joining Lee & Associates Irvine, Trent specializes in representing landlords and tenants, focusing on the sales and leasing of general office spaces. By leveraging an in-depth market knowledge and extensive network, he helps clients navigate the complexities of office real estate, maximizing value and achieving their business goals.
