Travis Barnett

Travis Barnett was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. After high school, Mr. Barnett attended California State University of Long Beach where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Management. Mr. Barnett joined Lee & Associates – Irvine as an Associate, teaming with Senior Vice President, Guy LaFerrara and Vice President, Brock Stryker. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Barnett worked for The Irvine Company in Newport Beach as a property manager where he was responsible for managing over 600,000 square feet of Class A office property. Mr. Barnett and the Orange County Commercial Real Estate Group specialize in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial and office properties in South Orange County. Since joining Lee & Associates in 2019, Mr. Barnett has completed over 100 sale and lease transactions totaling more than 334,000 square feet and $37,000,000 in total consideration. Using his extensive operational and financial expertise, Mr. Barnett prides himself in providing unparalleled customer service and guidance to users, investors and tenants.
