Mr. Fryer specializes in the representation of both landlords and tenants on a local and regional level within the Greater Airport Area and South Orange County real estate markets. By having a knowledgeable perspective of the market and thoroughly understanding the client’s needs, Mr. Fryer provides his client with the guidance needed to make well-informed decisions. Mr. Fryer’s experience in the Orange County market, combined with his strong work ethic, has enabled him to be a respected professional in the industry. He is a widely recognized as one of the top brokers in the Office Division.

Upon graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Fryer joined the firm of Grubb & Ellis on an internship basis to gain a fundamental understanding of the commercial real estate business. Within months, Mr. Fryer was hired as an Associate Broker and immediately focused on the exclusive representation of landlords and tenants within the Orange County market.

In April 2004, Mr. Fryer made a successful transition from Grubb & Ellis Company to Lee & Associates, Inc. – Irvine. Mr. Fryer’s active real estate team, combined with the resources of Lee & Associates, has been able to grow their market share while strengthening their focus on South Orange County’s office market.

Mr. Fryer has successfully represented multiple landlords within the Orange County marketplace and is currently marketing several office projects within the South Orange County and Airport Area markets.
