John Suggs

Mr. Suggs is a licensed California Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties and land in Orange County. Since 1993, Mr. Suggs has been representing landlords and tenants in the Irvine Business Complex and Santa Ana industrial market areas. Mr. Suggs’ extensive knowledge and experience are complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis, property marketing and real estate asset disposition. His vast transaction experience, along with his strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the market.

Mr. Suggs began his career in 1993 with Grubb & Ellis Company in Newport Beach as a broker specializing in industrial properties and land sales. In 2012, he was presented an opportunity to join the Irvine office of Lee & Associates in the same role. Over this span, Mr. Suggs has completed over 900 commercial sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $250 million.
