GianCarlo Spinosi

GianCarlo Spinosi is a licensed California real estate agent and Associate of Lee & Associates, Inc. – Irvine, a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Spinosi’s expertise includes the sale and lease of industrial, research and development, medical and office properties. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Spinosi commenced his Real Estate career at Colliers International specializing in Multifamily Investment Sales. He has dedicated the last six years refining his entrepreneurial business fluency developing an eclectic and successful business background from B2B-B2C. As an owner and operator of multiple start-up ventures, his passion and ability to connect with business owners has allowed him to transition his skills and experience to the world of Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Spinosi joined Lee & Associates in 2019 and works on a team of highly respected principals that have negotiated over 1,200 transactions totaling over 7,100,000 square feet valued in excess of a billion dollars. His team specializes in property acquisitions on behalf of private/public investors and individuals, and in the sale and lease of owner/user opportunities.
