Eric Parkhurst is an office and industrial real estate specialist who is eager to represent clients across the West Coast.

As an Associate, Eric brings a unique combination of asset due diligence research experience, exceptional sales experience, and excellent communication skills to his clients, assuring in each transaction that his client’s needs are satisfied in a timely manner. Eric’s passion for real estate helps make each transaction an enjoyable experience, as his commitment to the industry reflects in every sale, lease, and transaction he is involved in.

Prior to graduating California State University, Fullerton in Spring 2021 Eric was an integral team member of Commercial Property Services in Irvine, where he worked as a Sales & Leasing Specialist.

When not delivering first-class service to his clients, Eric enjoys surfing and golfing in his hometown of Huntington Beach or spending time with his family in Lake Forest.
