Eric Darnell

Eric R. Darnell is a licensed California real estate agent and an Associate of Lee & Associates, Inc. – Irvine, a full-service real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Darnell is a graduate of the University of Colorado, at Colorado Springs. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Mr. Darnell specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants focusing on the leasing and sale of general office and medical space in the Orange County real estate market.

Mr. Darnell joined Lee & Associates in 2010 and, since arriving, has worked closely with highly respected Senior Vice President, Allen Basso. Mr. Darnell was elected to serve on the Lee and Associates Irvine Board for 2020 and 2021, along with receiving the title of Senior Vice President in 2021. The work of Mr. Darnell and his team have successfully represented such companies as U.S. Bank, First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, Guida Surveying, Professional Medical Offices, and many other local tenants and landlords.
