Mr. Rawlins’ commercial real estate career spans a period of 45 years, the last 32 of which were spent concentrating in the sales and leasing of office and medical buildings in Orange County. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Rawlins was affiliated with CB Richard Ellis and specialized in the South Orange County and Inland Empire office markets. Mr. Rawlins is keenly aware of changing market conditions and has successfully represented Landlords and Tenants to maximize their respective positions in the marketplace over the years.
