Allen Basso

Mr. Basso is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the University of Southern California’s (USC) School of Business Administration. He is an active alumni member of the fraternity of Beta Theta Pi.

Mr. Basso specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants specializing in the sales and leasing of medical and general office space within the South Orange County real estate market. Mr. Basso’s extensive knowledge of the Orange County market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis and property marketing. These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the market. In the past 24 months, Mr. Basso has completed over 230 transactions totaling over 1,200,000 square feet valued in excess of $75 million.
