Todd Swanson joined Lee & Associates in 2011. After working as an intern for one year to learn the business and marketing tools, Mr. Swanson began his runnership under the direction of Ryan Swanson and Jeff Bischofberger, both top performing partners at Lee & Associates. Currently, Mr. Swanson specializes in industrial, office and investment brokerage in the Inland Empire and Orange County markets.

Todd’s focus is on the Orange County/Inland Empire industrial markets, in both landlord/tenant, buyer/seller representation and Investment Sales. With this focus, he is developing further knowledge and understanding of the market.

Mr. Swanson prides himself on his communication skills, negotiation skills, integrity, honesty and work ethic.
