One Million Hour Challenge
Looking for something to do to finish off this summer? Join the wonder participants of the City of Irvine’s 1 Million Hour Challenge!
Since April, Participants have volunteered their time to help in one or more of Irvine’s many volunteer opportunities. Hours are logged and recorded with the hopes of reaching a combined 1 million hours.
This 1 Million Hour Challenge launched April 7th in honor of Volunteer week with the goal of bring the community closer together through the act of helping others within and outside their neighborhoods. Keep track of residents hours of service on this Live Tracker.
Volunteer opportunities are not restricted to just City of Irvine sponsored organizations. Non-profits and Company related hours are welcomed. Choose from these a list of dedicated local community oriented causes or visit volunteer bulletin sites for opportunities.
